By creating an account, publishing promotions, claiming deal coupon codes, or sending messages through FromLocal, you represent that you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any portion, you must discontinue platform access immediately.
FromLocal operates purely as a hyper-local directory and promotional bulletin board. We do not process transaction payments between shoppers and merchants, nor do we act as a broker, agent, or contractor for any local trades. All services are performed and warranties honored directly by the respective registered merchants.
When you submit your phone number or email to claim deal coupons or follow merchants, you provide express consent to receive commercial messages (email/SMS) containing deal alerts and coupon details. In accordance with CAN-SPAM, you can opt out of emails using unsubscribe links, and cancel SMS messages at any time by replying 'STOP'.
Merchants subscribing to paid plans (Pro/Plus) must ensure coupon accuracy, pricing, and license compliance. Subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe. Downgrades or delinquent accounts will trigger auto-suspension of active deals to preserve directory quality.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of operation: New York State, United States without regard to conflict of law principles.
